don’t live in the state of Florida and I have never met Romina Chen.

She was recommended to my mother by someone while she was looking for properties in the Miami area. When I first called Romina and spoke to her, she gave me a strong impression about her professionalism and knowledge. Romina helped me purchase two properties without having me to travel to Florida. She would send me information about the properties with the parameters that I wanted, she would go take pictures and videos and sent to me of the properties I was interested in. Romina is very patient and did not push me to purchase a property I wasn’t comfortable with. She would provide advice and prepare all documentation and gather all required information to make sure the property is in order and safe for purchase. She has a strong team that helped with the purchasing paper work and loan processing. She was always on top of the purchase transaction making the whole process quick and stress free.
