don’t live in the state of Florida and I have never met Romina Chen. She was recommended to my mother by someone while she was looking for properties in the Miami area. When I first called Romina and spoke to her, she gave me a strong impression about her professionalism and knowledge. Romina helped me purchase two properties without having me to travel to Florida. She would send me information about the properties with the parameters that I wanted, she would go take pictures and videos and sent to me of the properties I was interested in. Romina is very patient and did not push me to purchase a property I wasn’t comfortable with. She would provide advice and prepare all documentation and gather all required information to make sure the property is in order and safe for purchase. She has a strong team that helped with the purchasing paper work and loan processing. She was always on top of the purchase transaction making the whole process quick and stress free. Then, Romina helped me rent out the properties and she is managing them now. She takes care of the rent collection and any maintenance or issue with the properties. Any repairs required is done quickly at a reasonable cost with invoices. She is honest and has good work ethics. Her daughter Lysandra Wu helped me rent out a property recently. She has the same work ethics as Romina, very professional and efficient. She listed and found the tenant for me and executed the contract and obtained HOA approval in a very short period of time. I completely trust Romina and Lysandra with no doubt and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase properties or need rental management in the Miami area.

Growing in Miami Florida I had the hardest time trying to find rooms and apartments on my own. Every attempt to find a place that I can even find ideal to my standard to my idea of living. Until I was introduced to Lysandra Wu and The RLD team. I had a deadline to meet in my moving situation and being a father of a son deadlines can be stressful no one wants to be homeless. I even had some complications with my background check and we all know you will have a hard with HOA and background checks! Especially these times of COVID every is closed and paperwork and to get in touch with someone is very difficult! Lysandra and her team were able to handle every situation with ease. Everything was handled in a timely matter and be before you know it I have a home for me and my son. Thank you to lyn and her team!
